Hello everyone. I just found this group today. I'm looking forward to learning more about gut health being that the majority of our immune system resides there. I also would like to learn how herbs affect my hair skin and nails as I have been interested in that for a while. I am also a cosmetologist and I have a love for hair and nails however, I've noticed something has been off for a while with some of the things that are being taught over the years and what's going on in the black community as far as hair and scalp health. . I'm looking forward to learning new and healthier ways of doing things not only to offer to my family but to the community around me.
