What to do when your scalp is to oily to much Sebum
First I want to congradulate you for completing Cyn's hair challenge. You are a step closer to the hair you always should have had.
But what do you do when your scalp after one day is oily and the sebum is driving you mad?
First I know you want to grab that dry shampoo but stop! Put that dry shampoo down darling you just washed your hair! Now I want you to remember where you started you had no sebum (oil) coming from your scalp and just now you wanted to strangle it again. So lets give you some idea's instead of product to help deal with that extra oil (sebum).
Its time to invest in a good wooden comb and a bore brisstle brush. What why do you need both of them? well you remember you complained about your locks being dry? You remember cyn said oils come from your scalp? You want to brush them oils down them beautiful locks and they will shine like a diamond! But what if i have to much sebum? This is actually an easy solve believe it or not. once you are done brushing that beautiful natural scalp sebum down your hair and you still have excess coming. I want you to visit your local dollar tree. Hey don't get nervious you arent going for product you are going into the party isle. Yes you heard me the party isle and look for tissue paper.
What tissue paper for what? Well my darling you are about to understand that when your face gets oily and you are wearing makeup you use blotting tissues. Those are only tissue paper! Get the idea now? Yes its true you can get in the party section tissue paper, really go with the white no one wants colored scalp from the dyes in the non white paper. So here is what you do. you cut that 1.25 tissue paper into strips.
take a strip and pat your scalp in between washes
Yes darling that tissue paper will soak up the extra sebum from your scalp just like it does the oil from your face. Yes i know it takes longer than dry shampoo but think about how much your scalp is going to thank you for not strangling it with product after product after product.
You want to keep moving forwards instead of falling back by adding products to your scalp!
you are welcome :) enjoy your beautiful hair!

I use to use those blotting papers when I had oily skin. Not to keen on the Dollar store vibe. But that's an excellent idea what about the papers we use when doing a roller set. Same thing I believe.🥰
