Hello everyone. Two questions. Should I be using a heat protectant prior to blow drying my hair or is the leave in conditioner sufficient? And also, will the Paul Mitchell skinny serum be considered a heat protectant?

Paul Mitchell skinny serum is not a heat protectant. It's a primer for a blow out. Think of it like the primer for your face before you do your make-up. . Helps with less blow drying time and helps with frizz. You still need a heat protectant along with it. I love it personally. There's a few Paul Mitchell items that do great with my hair. And a few that doesn't. The skinny serum for me is a must have. Use a small amount and add more if needed. Too much will weigh your hair down.
