I am excited for this challenge! I have been confused on how shampoos and conditioners are suppose to be used. My conditioner states to apply and pay attention to the ends. Doesn't say only hair or no scalp. I been researching on my own but some naturals apply it to their scalp say there's nothing wrong with that. My question is are conditioners and deep conditioners used on the scalp as well or just the hair? Second question and is it it the same with the shampoo is the shampoo used on both scalp and hair or just the hair? thank you
Hey beautiful ladies!!! Just checking in I started the challenge back in July 2022 and my hair is so thriving!!! I can see the length and my regular 9 week trims/dustings have helped and I am combing my hair just about every day or every other. I would comb my hair for the week and not touch it until wash day so I wasn't stimulating my scalp for growth! Thanks again Cyn! I just have one question? On my scientific brushing day with oil can I use Pure Castor oil on my hair? Is it comedogenic?
