Herbal Medicine- Hair-Skin-Body -Nails 101

Day 4 for me. My my hair definitely looks better after brushing, and I feel that my twists have more volume - though it's short. I laughed at myself because I teach middle school math, and I am always talking about following the formula correctly, and if there is a missed step, the solution is incorrect. Guess I took my own advice, and followed the formula. I am definitely looking forward to the results. Most importantly, new hair habits!
