Hello everyone, I’m on Day 5 today and I have a question. It’s been easy for me to leave my hair alone but what do I do on days when I work out? Should I just blow dry my hair or shampoo it again? I’ve heard that some people cowash their but I’m trying to stick with Cyn‘s guidelinea.

According to what I’ve learned from Cyn, if you shampoo your hair you are basically starting over from day one, therefore defeating the purpose of the challenge. If it were me and its a rest day I would leave my hair alone. You only have a day or so and you are back at wash day again.👍🏽👀
