Herbal Medicine- Hair-Skin-Body -Nails 101

Hi all this is day 6 for me. I’m doing quite well I like this resting every other day. I have one more day of rest and I can start over. I can’t wait. I’ve never been so excited about my hair. It’s beautiful, I’m having a small amount of itching, but my scalp is not bry flakey or inflamed, so I guess that means growth and to me that means progress!!!
