Okay, so I'm currently swimming at my friend's house, and it's hot today, however when it comes to pools that means chlorine, so I held off on washing until afterwards, I also use the aphogee green tea spray, it's got protein in it, but it also protects against the sun, I figured since I'm going to be in contact with chlorine might as well have a bit of protection from it, will be washing hair later, please let me know if this a good thing to do.
