Turmeric & Curry Stew! Immune System Power House!


Hey love, I'm so glad your doing ok! The world around us is going absolutely insane but you DONT have to align with that energy. Instead, find peace and take this time to take care of you. The key to our survival right now is strength! This recipe will turn your immune system to a group of GOONS! Eat this at least once a week and trust that your immune system is supercharged. Of course you still need other things, but this is a game changer. Let’s get started.


Ingredients:

9 Potatoes

1 Large White Onion

2 Plantains or Sweet Potatos

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Green Bell Pepper

2 Tbs Minced Garlic

1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley

1/2 Cup Fresh Tarragon

2 Cups Oat Milk

4 Cups Onion Peel Broth

2 Tbs Turmeric

2 Tbs Curry Power/Paste

1 Tsp Cumin

To taste:

Salt

Garlic Salt & Powder

Smoked Paprika

Lemon Pepper

Crushed Red Pepper
