Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small, family-run business. Each product we offer is carefully crafted using herbal ingredients and intentional processes, which means our fulfillment times differ from large-scale production companies.

Processing Time
All orders require up to 48 hours for payment processing before fulfillment begins. This allows us to properly prepare and organize each order with care.

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped within 7–14 business days. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

Our Commitment
We are not a mass-production company, and our products are not manufactured in bulk by large teams. Every item is handled with attention to quality, care, and detail. Because of this, we prioritize craftsmanship over speed.

If you are seeking rapid, large-scale fulfillment similar to major corporations, our process may not align with your expectations. 🛑 Opened Products & Safety

For the safety of our customers and in compliance with health guidelines, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or unsealed products. This includes any tea, extract, or herbal item that has had its packaging disturbed, regardless of use.

📦 Unopened Product Returns

Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• In original, untampered packaging

• Unused and in resaleable condition

• Accompanied by your order number or packing slip

Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus shipping and handling.

📸 Proof Required for Damaged Goods

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at returns@cynpleapothecary.com within 5 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the package and item

• A description of the issue
  We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

💳 No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

Due to the handmade nature of our goods, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste, personal preference, or “changed my mind.” Please review all product details before purchasing.

🚫 Fraudulent Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you received your order in full and attempt to issue a chargeback without valid cause or communication, we reserve the right to dispute it and block future purchases.

We keep internal logs, shipping proof, and customer communications to protect against fraud.

⏱ Processing Time

Refunds (if eligible) will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.
