Hey y'all! I am new to the group and just completed my 7 day challenge successfully! Today, however, I went to a natural hair stylist to get a trim and a silk press. She suggested a nano smoothing treatment and it sounded harmless enough, so I thought I would treat myself. Ironically, hours after I got home, I saw CynDoll's video about keratin treatments and I want to cry because I believe I have low porosity hair. Any advice on how to remove this treatment from my hair or how to proceed before it does my damage?
