🌿 Return & Refund Policy

At Cynple Apothecary, every blend is made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our wellness products and herbal goods, we have a clear return policy to protect both your health and the integrity of our small-batch inventory.
🛑 Opened Products & Safety
For the safety of our customers and in compliance with health guidelines, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or unsealed products. This includes any tea, extract, or herbal item that has had its packaging disturbed, regardless of use.
📦 Unopened Product Returns
Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in resaleable condition

Accompanied by your order number or packing slip
Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus shipping and handling.
📸 Proof Required for Damaged Goods
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at returns@cynpleapothecary.com within 5 days of delivery with:

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
💳 No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
Due to the handmade nature of our goods, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste, personal preference, or “changed my mind.” Please review all product details before purchasing.
🚫 Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. If you received your order in full and attempt to issue a chargeback without valid cause or communication, we reserve the right to dispute it and block future purchases.
We keep internal logs, shipping proof, and customer communications to protect against fraud.
⏱ Processing Time
Refunds (if eligible) will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.
