Herbal Medicine- Hair-Skin-Body -Nails 101

I am excited to learn all you have in stored for us on hair routine. I have a lot of strand knots even though I still comb my hair in big plaits and over it every night with a slik bonnet. What am I doing wrong. Then I am getting split ends when my hair reaches a certain length. I do not know what to do!
