Cancellation Policy

All appointments on pst time. Please cancel within 48 hours. There is a five minute grace period and after that appointment is subject to cancellation. Refund Policy All sales for consultations are final. Because this service involves personalized time and preparation, refunds are not available once your appointment is booked. If Cynthia Smith (the consultant) needs to cancel or misses the appointment, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you (the client) miss or cancel your appointment, the payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. By booking your session, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all consultations are final once scheduled. No refunds, all payments are final. 50.00 booking fee is required after no call no show or last minute cancellation.
