Booking & Consultation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward the total service investment, with the remaining balance due in cash at the time of your appointment. An online consultation is required prior to booking and is non-refundable. The consultation fee will only be refunded in the event that the appointment is canceled due to provider availability.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments on pst time. Please cancel within 48 hours. There is a five minute grace period and after that appointment is subject to cancellation. Refund Policy All sales for consultations are final. Because this service involves personalized time and preparation, refunds are not available once your appointment is booked. If Cynthia Smith (the consultant) needs to cancel or misses the appointment, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you (the client) miss or cancel your appointment, the payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
