The wet look
Is it just me or does anyone else adore when their curls look like curls instead of being a fluff ball? It is hard to maintain the wet look, when you don't have much time. So i decided to give a helping hand to those who like me like it and wash their hair at least 1 time a week.
you want to do your normal routine (this style is for wash day ONLY, do not use on dry hair no matter what anyone says!) Some things you will need: Detangle comb Scalp scrubbing brush (dollar tree has these) bonnet or scarf
Shampoo and conditioner (same brand) Leave in conditioner Favorite mousse
baby claw clips (for those with bangs that they are growing out, it gets annoying not being able to see)
Your wash routine will always come first!
Now for the fun part:
Section your hair into SMALL sections (4 sections will not do when i say small i mean pencil size or a tiny bit bigger)
add a dime size of product from the roots to just about your ends of each section. (Do not over use the mousse as your hair Will become dry and crispy)
defuse your hair or dry it with a blow dryer, scrunching it as you go!
If you are going directly to bed use a scarf or bonnet to protect the style.
during the day you can decorate your curls with metal beads or claw clips to keep your hair out of your eyes.
its a gorgious look that doesnt take to long to do on your self care day for your hair. This is my favorite go to for my hair. i am good to go for the week!
"I wanted to make sure you know the difference between your roots and your scalp, please keep the product off your scalp and only on the root of the hair or as close as you can get it without getting it on your scalp. "
What are some of your do not touch hair styles?
